Contest Period: This Pentel SES15C 30 Colors Set Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open for participation from October 5, 2023, to October 24, 2023.

Social Media Platform Published : Instagram & Tiktok

Eligibility:

  1. The Giveaway is open to residents of Malaysia only.
  2. Participants must be following @pentelmalaysia on the respective social media platform to be eligible.

How to Enter:

  1. Like the video post. (either Tiktok or Instagram)
  2. Follow @pentelmalaysia.
  3. Tag a friend in the comments section, mentioning your favourite colours from the SES15C 30 Colors Set. For example, “@friendname Emerald Green!”

Prizes:

  1. Total three (3) lucky winners will be selected. (from both Tiktok & Instagram)
  2. Each winner will receive one (1) Pentel SES15C 30 Colors Set.

Winner Selection:

  1. Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
  2. Entries with the highest number of valid entries will have a higher chance of winning.

Winner Announcement:

  1. The winners of the Pentel SES15C 30 Colors Set Giveaway will be announced within SEVEN (7) working days from the end of the contest.
  2. Winners will be notified through the respective social media platform.

Prize Fulfillment:

  1. Winners are required to answer ONE (1) verification question when contacted by Pentel.
  2. Prizes will be fulfilled upon successful verification.

Forfeiture of Prize:

  1. If a winner cannot be contacted within ONE (1) week from the winner announcement date, their eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited.

Privacy and Data Usage:

  1. By participating in the Pentel SES15C 30 Colors Set Giveaway, participants consent to the collection, recording, holding, storage, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Pentel for purposes related to the Giveaway.

  3. Participants also grant Pentel the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use, and publish any still or moving images of the participants for promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purposes, without any payment or compensation.

  2. All prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable. Pentel will not be held liable for non-receipt of prizes or damages during the delivery process. No replacements or exchanges of prizes will be entertained.
