1. Can I have pens / pencils over printed?

2. What surfaces can I use my Pentel marker on?
Our markers can be used on a wide variety of materials and surfaces. The below are the Marker Usage Guide.
Permanent Marker: N450 / N460
– suitable on marking surface such as metal, glass, plastic, rubber, wood, cardboard, paper, material and CD/DVD.
White Board Marker: MW45 / MW46, MWL5SBF
– suitable on marking surface white board and paper only.

4. Is there a refill for my pen / pencil?

5. What is Energel Ink?
With its revolutionary low viscosity liquid gel ink, the EnerGel formula is smoother flowing and quicker drying than ordinary gel ink, giving a similar sensation to liquid ink.
Because the ink dries quickly it’s especially appreciated by left-handed writers, as well as those who are right-handed, as there’s less risk of the ink being smudged when your hand moves across the page. Unlike liquid ink products, though, EnerGel doesn’t need a regulator to control its flow – the ink is delivered directly from the reservoir or refill to the tip in one smooth transition. That’s why the family of EnerGel products gives you the ultimate writing experience!
6. My Automatic Pencil doesn't seem to be working properly, what can I do?
If you are having any problems with your automatic pencil, please refer to the below guides:
a) Check: Is there lead in the storage chamber?
Solution: If not, reload with correct lead size.
b) Check: Are there too many leads in the storage chamber?
Solution: If so, reduce quantity (recommended 0.3/0.5 maximum 6 leads, 0.7/0.9 maximum 3 leads).
c) Check: Are there leads the correct diameter size?
Solution: If not, replace with leads of the correct diameter.
d) Check: Are there any crushed particles of lead blocking the point or the “collet” gripping parts?
Solution: If so, gently remove with the cleaning pin attached to the eraser.
If your pencil does not have a cleaning pin, use a fine dressmaking pin.
e) Check: Is the protective sleeve of the pencil point bent or damaged?
Solution: If so, return pencil to Pentel Customer Service Department at the address below.

7. Which pen would you recommand for left-handed writers?
