RE: Usage of personal data

The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 is an act enacted by the Malaysian government in 2010 to protect
individual’s personal data in commercial transaction. The act is currently being enforced on 15^th November 2013.

We may use your personal data such as your name, contact details, e-mail address and address for the
following purposes:

1)      Facilitate the delivery of services or products and the marketing and promotion of such services or products;
2)      Provide, maintain, protect and improve our products, to develop new products, and to protect ourselves and
customers; and
3)      Internal record keeping, maintenance and updating of any information database, customer service related
matters and other administrative purposes, including audits, fraud monitoring and prevention.
